Okay everyone, so the NCAA committee put a stick in our game plans by scheduling the first round for a Thursday at 2pm but the Mighty Fort will prevail.  Therefore, we need to plan on making an appearance on Sunday.  I am going to dress up with a tie and be on my best behavior singing new songs.  Everyone will love it!  Who will rally to Durango for the game?  Captain America aka JJ aka Jeff Jennings text me, Finnish aka Fin Diesel aka Finley emailed me, who else is in?

This is a huge game for the women w/ post season implications (The Mighty Fort at home against Metro).  For those of you looking for LiNutZ game of the year tip; take the Fort to win by a goal but that won't cover the line so...take the under because both teams are very stingy on defense and this is a Sunday game (typically lower scoring).  Now that I have gone on record with this, I hope I don't eat my text!?  Vive les Fort!

A few things stick out in the annals (he he he!) of DII men's soccer champions:  the 2009 FLC national champions won more games than any other championship team in the history, the trend in the colleges seen on the list has shifted from Seattle Pacific to Southern Connecticut St. to most recently Fort Lewis, and while some team's winning flame is appearing to fade, the Mighty Fort is is shining as bright as ever.  Please do make some sort of comment!
