Islanders sign defender Jamie Cunningham

The Puerto Rico Islanders are pleased to announce the signing of defender Jamie Cunningham for the 2011 NASL season, CFU Club Champions Cup and eventually the CONCACAF Champions League.
Cunningham joins the Islanders after a successful collegiate career as captain of Fort Lewis College soccer team in Colorado, where he received honors such as Daktronics All America, First Team NSCAA, First Team Daktronics All Central Region, First Team All RMAC, among others. And he finished his career with 83 games played, scoring 17 goals and 5 assists.

Tom Settle and Zane Wells (FLC Team '09) have helped lead the Baton Rouge CULT Capitals to 2nd place in the Southeast Division of the USL Premier Development League.
Settle has 2 goals and 4 assists so far! Way to go Tom and Zane! Playoff Semifinals are Friday July 30th for anyone in the Mississippi area. All Matches are at Harper Davis Field, Millsaps College, Jackson, MS.
