Would anyone be interested in a bracket challenge for the World Cup? For some reason I think it might work with this group.
update: FLC Men 3 - Mines 0
The FLC athletics site has a link to watch both the men's and women's games this weekend on B2tv for free.
First off, I think it's clear that the Fort's region is the strongest in the country (notice all four teams playing at Dirks field this weekend are ranked in the top 10). I wish I could be there to watch and hear the Texans gasping for air as they try to defend Fort Lewis' juggernaut offense. Also, does anyone know why Le Moyne and Wilmington both play one less game than the rest of the field and why Wingate, Flagler, Carson-Newman, and Lander each play one more game than the rest of the field? Maybe I'm a bit biased but it seems like the number one team in the country should be the one getting a bye to the second round.
#1 ranked Millersville was upset in their conference final and had their keeper red carded. Looks like the Fort will be the new #1 going into the NCAA tournament!!
Chase is a finalist in the "Sounders Super Search" which is a Disney reality competion for a roster spot on the new Seattle Sounders MLS team. Go to this site and vote for him. http://www.soundersfc.com/Article_noheader.aspx?id=3068&languageid=1033
