Bitter Sweet Symphony

What a year!  Congrats to everyone involved on and off the pitch. 

Coaches, my hat is off and I am bowing down, one year & one National Championship, incredible.

Lads its been inspiring to read, listen and watch games this year.  You have been able to break records that seemed out of reach when they were first transcribed into FLC Mens Soccer history.  You have something extra special to remember from your time at the Fort.  Your part of a team that has achieved things no others have and your part of a family that believes there is more to come, well at least another star.  Enjoy the celebrations and try your best to take it all in.

Fans - it was full of highs and lows.  I am so happy about the way things have gone this year but am gutted I couldn't make it out to the final.  I have had the great fortune to see some of the great cathedrals of world soccer but none has been able to hold my heart in the same way as Dirks Field.  We have a ground, a coaching staff and a team that strives to produce what we all want.  To be part of the beautiful game.

Looking forward to getting a highlight dvd of the season.
